Local, sustainable food is important to us. Wherever possible we use seasonal, local and free-range products. Upon arrival: Enjoy freshly brewed Fairtrade coffee or Clipper Tea with cakes freshly baked in my kitchen from favourite family recipes. Breakfast: Granola, chock full of toasted nuts, fruits and grains made from my own recipe, home-made marmalade, juices, fruit and eggs from our own very free-range hens - come with me to collect your own! Locally produced bacon and sausages. There is always a cooked alternative to the full English breakfast.
